I had the great pleasure of working alongside these amazing people about two years ago. I was employed by a coffee shop that cohabited their business space. Both Theresa and Mike are exceptionally caring people as you can tell by their food and goodies. I was not gluten free or vegan, however I still currently cook with many vegan recipes I learned from Theresa. My favorite treat? How could I pick? Two years later I still crave her almond date balls and the ginger molasses cookies, although the raspberry thumbprints aren't to be forgotten either!
